Have you tried anything besides wearing yourself down? Maybe more time outdoors or working out like you used to etc? Maybe just turning your mind off from time to time or taking long walks on the beach and taking in the sunset?

Sure, they give me codeine cough syrup (so maybe I'll become an addict too) and send me on my way. :/

I don't think walking on the beach is going to solve getting/being sick ?

You know that I wasn't saying you were faking being sick - just that CFS *might* not be so far fetched...

          Are you using it?

I'm talking about "life" silly - just like sitting in the woods brings me peace - taking in a sunrise/sunset anywhere or looking over things like waterfalls can put your heart/mind at rest (at least for the moment) - "health" comes in many shapes and sizes and you know that :(

I currently have MAJOR sleeping problems - definite insomnia. I usually cant get to sleep until at least 4am, and then I wake up 4-6 hours later. Of course this also leaves me tired ALL the time. :hang:

My friend had major insomnia, and he got meds for it.

Anyway, i get about 7-7.5 hours of sleep a night. On weekends, i sleep until my body wants to wake up.

FB, i think a set training routine would help you get back in to a healthy sleep pattern.

just to use an extreme example, i can promise you that if you go out and jog until you literally fall down and cant go anymore that you will have no problem sleeping.

you need to think about all the things that are contributing to your sleep problems. stress, lack of a set schedule, caffeine maybe? etc..

identify anything that is contributing to your sleep problems and find ways to fix them. otherwise your problems will continue.

I sleep about 8 hours a night. However, I have gone for long periods of time, in college, without sleep due to school/Fraternity/whatever. I have noticed that there is no rhyme or reason for sleeping patterns. Have a lot on your mind?

I definitely lack the "structure" my life has had for so long, stress is major, AND I work nights - which keeps me up late, etc... But with all that said, it still seems that when I do get a decent amount of sleep, I shouldn't still feel so exhausted.

sounds like you are worn out mentally.

try to relax a bit if you can. i hate seeing you always so stressed out etc..
