cause i think the 67'' would be a little to big for the room its going to be in. 61''is pushing it. i dont want the "sitting to close to the movie screen effect" like in the movie theater.Originally posted by ROCKETW19why do you want a lil 61" when you can get the 67" for a cheaper price or at least cheaper than what you posted check this web site out aboutgizmos.com if you call him and tell him all the stuff you want he will take even more off the prices posted. i belive hes even in the east coast.

80"?!?! How big do these things get? Is there such thing as overkill when it comes to tv size? I keep telling myself. Someday.Originally posted by ROCKETW19ya i know what your sayin i didnt think of that i just assume everyone has a room like i do. i have a friend that has i think a 80" in a room the size of my bathroom looks silly your right good point. still check out that web on prices they are cheep.

Samsung came out with an 80" Plasma. But they are the only one's and I doubt this guy has one.Originally posted by THE BOUNCERthere is no HDTV DLP made that is 80''. he might be talking about a screen that is 80'' inches and he has a projecter.

The problem with that TV is that it has a signal of only 780p. for an 80'' TV that is kinda weak. meaning my 1080p has twice the clearity. plus the fact that TV is a plasma and i hate plasma and LCD TV's. the picture seems pixelated to me. add to that, the tv is $40,000 dollars. lol.Originally posted by TimmaSamsung came out with an 80" Plasma. Yeah it's definitely not worth it. Sony said they are getting away from the plasma cause they're not worth it to make them anymore. If Sony says that then you know they are shit. You're right though the 780p is shit on something that big. Why not just get a smaller one with 1080p for cheaper.Originally posted by THE BOUNCERThe problem with that TV is that it has a signal of only 780p. for an 80'' TV that is kinda weak. meaning my 1080p has twice the clearity. plus the fact that TV is a plasma and i hate plasma and LCD TV's. the picture seems pixelated to me. add to that, the tv is $40,000 dollars. lol.
