At one point, years ago, I used to make a cocktail that had a shot of NyQuil as the final ingredient in the build....Vodka, peach schnapps, and a shot of NyQuil over rocks...topped up with sprite. After a while, you get immune to the NyQuil. Gravol knocks me out like i've been hit by a tranquilizer dart...but it gives me very vivid nightmares, so I don't feel rested when I wake.

I really like reverse-grip bench too, but since she has never targeted this area of her tricep, I believe that the reverse-grip pushdowns will give her a good "feel" .....then I'll show the benching at the gym....but when puddles, her husband, and I work out together, we usually can't walk for a fe wdaysOriginally posted by hitmansb
Oh, reverse-grip bench press using a smith machine is a phenomenal exercise...if your wrists can take the abuse.

Sheesh. I've tried Tylenol PM and it doesn't help. Matter of fact, last night I took some tylenol cuz I was hurtin and I got a weird reaction that I've had before...I get this irritation in my joints that I can't lay still...gotta get up, move around, shake it out. Keeps me up for a while. So last night when it happened I took 2 muscle relaxants, did some stretching, soaked in the jacuzzi, came here for a while and was finally able to lay back down. I hate it when I can't sleep right.Originally posted by hitmansb

well it depends where you can feel it more in your tris then you wrist, if I use the closest grip(inner) I will be concentrating to much on not losing the bar....the outer grip kinda fits my shoulder widht and it feels more natural..........the "weirdest" thing is getting use to the grip, a lot of pressure will be on your inner thumbOriginally posted by MrsPuddlesFL
OK, Mr. Artist...where do I put my hands?

Grrrrrrrrrr. I need you to show me. This sounds like the opposite of bicep curls with an E-Z bar. Am I getting close?Originally posted by rock
