I know the feeling. Last week, I was in Vegas getting married and having a vacation...and I ate and drank whatever I wanted to in immense quantities. This week, it's been hell getting back into the low-carb groove.Originally posted by Liftingchic

I felt like that my first time competing, wasn't fun at all.. I only drop my carbs completely at least 3-4 days out, until then I run on enough carbs to ensure I don't go on a statewide manslaughter... :DOriginally posted by rock

That amount is usually 20-50g a day, I don't do cardio..
