Just a thought, I don't know what kind of doctor you are going to see, but have you thought about (if your not already) seeing a doctor that specializes in sports medicine? Your level of lifting is far beyond the mean for just being healthy. So in turn it would be hard for a doc who doesn't see patients like yourself to diagnose some of your injuries without some difficulty. One of the hardest thing to diagnose injuries in athletes is the associated pain. You are putting so much unnatural stress on different parts of your body your symptoms don't present themselves as commonly as others.

Ya your right and no, I dont have a sports injury doc here yet. My reg doc is good about referring to someone that knows more then him if he dosent have the knowledge. He can point me in the best direction to go in. The guy is pretty cool, he asked me about my steroid use. I told him all about it and told him that I was a little concerned about any damage that I may have done, liver/kidneys etc.. His response was, "na the dangers of steroids are very overrated." He was telling me that he has had many dumb ass people come in that have run oral only cycles for years on end lol. after a few months off the orals there blood work returned to normal. Not saying that its not dangerous to do that, just making the point that he isnt one of those docs that buys into the media bullshit.Originally posted by ShibbyJust a thought, I don't know what kind of doctor you are going to see, but have you thought about (if your not already) seeing a doctor that specializes in sports medicine? Sounds like a cool doc. Like I told you before, I would look into getting on anxiety medicine i.e. xanax
As soon as you feel something out of the ordinary you start assuming the worse. I used to be the same way until I started taking anxiety medicine. Life is much less stressful now, if I were you I would ask your Dr. about it and see what he says.
Tell him how you've been stressing over things out of the ordinary for some time now and how you always expect the worse. Sounds like anxiety to me.
Hope the pain behind your leg isn't anything major, I don't think it will be.

Doc didnt seem to think much of it. lol. said it may be bursitis or something pressing on a nerve. tight, stiff muscles, etc.. he said he knows with 100% certainty that it is not a blood clot.
he said that stretching or physical therapy would probably fix it.

just going to keep stretching it. do some hip abduction movements and such. ice it, heat. if it keeps bothering me i will go see a physical therapist for it.Originally posted by The Iron Bullgot to love doctors.... LOL

either way, there is quite a few people here that don't care to even joke about rec drugs. We just thinks is pointless and immature. Hopefully you will stick around to learn everyone's "tone". It's good to have some more knowledge around.

Well Bro,
I think that was a bit judgmental…….don’t you think??
But before I reply, I need to say to Bouncer and blm…..much appreciated the words Bros.
But to be perfectly honest with you all……..
I just said I was kidding out of respect for this board because I concluded this wasn’t the right “forum”.
But since this is becaming an "issue".....……
and the "thinks is pointless and immature" comment.....
I need to stand by orginal comment......
I would rather see him/her/they smoke a little then get hooked on some anxiety medicine such as Xanax, Valium, Librium, Tranxene, Klonopin, Centrax, Ativan , Serax and any other Benzodiazepines I may have not mention.
HOOKED??? WTF????
Ever seen what the withdrawal symptoms are??? We won’t even go into potential for the development of tolerance, dependence, and potential for abuse.
Withdrawal symptoms may occur upon discontinuing these medications, and may include anxiety, shakiness, headache, dizziness, sleeplessness, loss of appetite and in severe cases, fever, seizures and psychosis.
My wife had a severe case…….it wasn’t pretty.
But that’s ok with you????
But hey, it’s not your fault……you’ve been "trained" very well. And you listen well to what big brother and Pharmaceutical companies tell you.
And how could you not with the constant bombardment of messages they send you…….take this for that and that for this……and we have the good stuff!!! Your body will love our drugs so much it won’t know how to behave without it!!!! All you have to do is go see our buddy the doctor, whom we also trained ;) And you too, can be giving us thousands of dollars as you consume more and more.
What??? You want to get off the drugs??? Welllllll, we have a pill to help you with that too ;)
Did you realize that Xanax was the #9 drug prescribed in 2005! And this is a list that the drugs that beat it was Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen, Amoxicillin, and Lipitor (isn’t this commercial on all the time?).
Total Xanax Prescriptions - 34,230,000!
Seen Xanax new slogan???
Xanax …..…… “More get on and less get off”
Profit Making Dream.......
Lot of money. A lot……. A lot.
34,230,000 times how much $ per script?
Lot of money.....yes sir.
And BTW…..who was talking about “rec drugs” to begin with???
This just proves my point on "training"? You hear "smoke some sticky icky" and what comes to mind???
Marijuana....rec drug...No NO NO NO NO.
But if you looked at the context I said it for........
even though I said it in a joking manner......you should have realized I was talking about medical Marijuana....
And since I pointed out the withdrawal syptoms of Xanax, i guess to would only be fair to point out the withdrawal symptoms of Marijuana...
Ummmmm…......ummmmmmm
ummmmm.......you get hungry???
Also, with Marijuana, you don’t have to smoke every day……or be afraid that you will go into seizures or psychosis if you miss a dosage.
But hey, that’s just my opinion. And you have yours.
All I can hope for is that people will be opened minded and ignore the little voice in the background……
You know the one I am talking about…..shhhhhh, listen……..you can hear it………..????
No??? Ok…….listen closely. I’m going to say a word and you will hear them.
Ready???
STEROIDS!!!!
Hear them???
Its Big Brother ;)
