I'd go with the BMW...it's not even a difficult decision; it's leaps and bounds ahead of those other cars.

I agree with all of you. In terms of just comparing the cars, this isnt even a choice. Its BMW hands down! But depending on the job and salary I get after graduation, the other 3 cars come more and more into play.

i would go down a bunch of different choices before I got a ford, dodge, or mitsu. they are just not very good cars.

Top Gear is on Tonight by the way. looking forward to it, they build a fucken space ship out of a car. lmao

I'm surprised you didn't have the Honda Accord coupe in that list then. It's no slouch at 268hp (v6 model), and you can't beat the reliability.

If ur looking for class, luxary, elegance, and slight performace go wit the BMW...great car to take out ur girl, roll up in a nice restaurant, goin to family events, etc...

i rather go wit a EVO MR... f not the MR than the STI, when it comes to modding, the STI will perform better than a EVO GSR NOT the MR (having said that)
The EVO is all out tuner, AWD, power is there, great for modding, kills just about any car on the street, fun ride, just by dropping in a grand will get u running mid to high 11's on the track

The BMW at 300 HP and a 1/4 mile right at 13 flat is a little better than slight performance for 35K IMO.

Yeah I won't be modding too much though. But even if and when I decide to, a simple tune for <$1K will put the Bimmer into the 12's. I've been reading up on the EVO X and this new BMW and it seems like stock for stock the BMW 135i is faster in a straight line. I'm sure the handling is comparable too. I don't think the BMW could quite hang with some of the older model EVOs. (IX and IIX) But the new one is 300 lbs heavier I think it's 1/4 mile is something like 13.5. But the moddability is better you are right.

As far as the STI, its a speed demon alright but I can't drive a hatchback.

Holy shit I just relized you talkin about the 335 turbo. I blew past the BMW when I seen 135i, the 335 is by far a way better car. I checked them out with a friend that wanted 1 and they are nice inside and out. Now nice for a BMW isnt that nice but im sure its nicer than the others posted. I also remember it being in the 40s like mid 40s?
thoes car with a ECU tune are monsters. It will cost more than 1K for a tune but still insane performance. I would get the BMW if you can afford it.

side note Im still gonna get a mustang to turn into a drag car.

Actually my Mom has the E320 Bluetech...The interior of the new E-Class is sooo shitty if you ask me. The old one had a much better interior IMO. Oh, and the E55 doesn't have 550hp stock either. Merc has always had larger a displacement to get the same HP BMW gets at smaller displacements. Eh, to each his own

I havent seen inside a E320 Im talkin like you were E55. stock E55 is 410-420hp at the wheels. I said mine will be pushing 550 after this weekend.

stock for stock a E55 will beat a M5 in the 1/4 mile around the track a M5 will win and luxury a E55 easly beats any BMW. and we are talkin a E55 bring on a S65 and you have world class interior for a production car.

Sorry Grinder for goin off topic me and newbi always argue about BMW and MBZ

After many years of car buying and selling I learned one thing...NEVER BUY A NEW CAR. Last few cars I've purchased has couple year certified used cars. You can buy a whole lot more car if you went with one of those here are couple examples.
