that's what i'm saying. verizon won't gain any customers, most existing customers will switch to the iphone. att iphone customers will probably run out their contracts and then move on to another phone within att inventory.

Actually, no- that WAS the rumor about 4 or 5 months ago...But, Apple said they wanted to stay with AT&T...Apple was going to release it to Verizon, and then yanked it.

Remember when the Verizon/AT&T wars started? That was why- Verizon was pissed that they didn't get the IPhone, so they started the whole coverage war.
