I was gonna sugest that after the second post in this thread,lol.
a few bad posts like this can crush that company from any consumers from this site.
its best to talk with them before blasting them IMO.

Update. I received a shipping notice today. The weight of the package is 22lbs. So I'm guessing they sent one of the flavors I ordered. I am still waiting for the other

I received an email saying my order was sent in my package, and ti was complete. Inside the box was only 1 of the 20 lb bags. The other was not in there, yet the email I received said both 20lb bags were in there. I am disputing the charge if I do not hear back from them by the end of business on monday. This company has been worthless during this process. Never never again will I ever use the company. I have alos informed my friends who order from there about the lack of response I have received from the company. It used to be a great compnay, but I am done.

He shouldn't have to chase them around. It's poor business practice plain and simple. Email is usually the most preferred method of communication simply because of documentation.

Each time I called, the were "busy with other customers." I wasn't holding. today is day 36 after my order was placed. I understand that they had issues, but a simply return email/call would have been sufficient. I wrtoe another email just now to 6 different ATW email accounts telling them they had until MOnday end of business to get back to me. Left my phone number. We'll see what happens come then
