How can you say science is a god? Science provides fact.

And no they didn't. Judism and christianity were bi products of egyptian worship. All faiths have similarities which were started from somewhere.

Applying god to your situatuions is no different than opening a fortune cookie and making the fortune fit into your life. I'm sure everyone at some point, for fun, read there horoscope and was entertained by the relevance. Most of us though leave it in the realm of entertainment. You have been given examples of how god could have worked in your life and used that as an outline for your emotional crutch.
