bro i ask for at least core i3 and you give me some shitty old processor computer from a fucken yard sale, gtfo.

My five year old iMac that is running the first gen of core duo is still rocking, it can do everything you want a computer to do. Converting videos isn't the quickest, but it is fine for my main uses. People are so caught up in this specs game, phones with quad cores....blah blah blah. How stupid.

[Scrumhalf]

Turbo, what s/w do you use for making movies from camcorders? Got an HD camcorder, so I want to make BDs for home movies and stuff.

i have a 1 year old acer netbook dual core atom processor that cannot play any hd video including netflix. so stfu.

had we paid attention to specs when we bought it we would never have purchased it. so take your "how stupid" and shove it straight up your ass you fucken faggot. :)

[Turbo3000]

You have a BD burner? You want to edit them and make them look more polished, or just go straight from camcorder to disk?

Your camcorder a HDD or SD card?

That atom bullshit and core duo are extremely different. That $300 laptop I posted would be fine for your needs.

sana wanted the POS so she could have a lightweight easy to carry device to do her work on. well its only a 10 inch screen and she says because she uses multiple windows and needs them open at same time, the screen is just to small. so now i use this turd and she will use her macbook air.

Cool story bro. And no, I want to be able to move around with my computer, not stuck in same place like its 1997.

It's easy for you, you just keep desktop in bedroom at mom and dads house. Lol

[Scrumhalf]

Yeah, lol @ desktops. Unless one is some hardcore gamer freak or is doing magnetohydrodynamics research calculations and needs a high-end machine. Otherwise, just get a laptop dock and hook it up to a mouse/kbd/monitor and you have the best of both worlds.
