Air 2? The extra ram is nice when browsing the Web.

The 1 is still a fine tablet.

You said it turbo... "Browsing the web".

When it comes to doing anything functional or inputting anything into the web, a tab is all but worthless. Doesn't replace a laptop or desktop at all.

I'm for sure a laptop guy. I have my phone for portable viewing/use and my laptop for any sort of real input or work related type stuff. Pad just doesn't bridge that gap or replace anything for me. Only time I use my pad is for travel. Perfect movie watching device for plane.

It's super fucken thin. I have a hard time picking the damn thing up off the table. I think tech has hit that point where things are possible but not necessarily more useful. It's more about showing what they can do rather than being useful to the consumer.

I will always choose my laptop over my iPad. It just isn't the same.

It's an amazing piece of tech thats for sure. How they fit the actual guts of that thing into it blows me away.

iTunes is preinstalled dude they just split it in two. You use the music app to play music and iTunes store to buy music.

The iTunes program is for your laptop, and you can sync to it. Use the Videos and Music that should be preloaded on your iPad to play your content.

On a side note, welcome to the closed world of Apple where uncle Steve knows best what you should have and not have. And uncle Steve has decided that you cannot sideload your content, whether it is music, videos or ebooks. Everything you use has to go through iTunes. Unlike Android, where my phone shows up like a drive when I hook it up to my computer and I can drag and drop anything into any directory I want.
