That was like the new Paleo thing to do the last few months or so (I'm not relating it to what the Bulgarians do :P ). Has anyone tried that? You're supposed to replace any creamer and/or sugar with two tablespoons (yikes!) or grass fed butter. I think it sounds terrible, so I haven't been willing to try it, haha.

Greeks, Bulgarians, Armenians might serve it with cookie but not Turks.
We serve ours with glass of water. Tradition says you should clean the pallet with water before you take your first sip so you can taste the purness of the coffee. :)

Butter coffee is amazing. I put the coffee and butter in the vitamix and blend it up for a few seconds. It will keep you full for hours.

That was another thing I forgot to mention. I saw that it works as a "meal" for people that skip breakfast.
