          • What's crazy is that with sprint my bill was $65 a month and that did not include half the features that are available on FI, free international texting, free tethering etc.. The kicker, Fi uses the sprint network. LMAO. Why the fuck would I not take this deal. Plus I have better coverage than before in certain areas where Fi uses T-mobile when sprint single is weak.

This is saving me $40 a month. Considering I got the phone for $200, switching to Fi will pay for the cost of my phone in 4 1/2 months. That's a pretty incredible deal all around if you ask me.

                • Heads up guys, check your bills. Got 2 separate charges from *google svcsapps*. A charge for $10 and a charge for $12. At first I thought it was projectFi bill so I contacted them just to be sure. Not them. They transfered me to google play. Google play confirmed that it wasn't them either but they were able to tell it was a charge from "google for work". i was transfered to them and guess what.. you need your google for work pin to speak with someone... well i dont have a fucken pin because I never signed up for it!!

called back projectFi and told them the whole story and they put me in touch with google wallet division. they are flipping shit because as of right now these charges look like they were made from within the google system. somehow my credit card that only The google Fi division has made it's way over to google for work.

just incase i made a mistake and signed up for google for work and didnt remember, we checked. she confirmed that my email addresses are not associated with google for work. in other words, someone took my card info and applied it to google for work.

anyway, i was issued a full refund for the 2 separate charges and a free month of Fi for the trouble. they are having a manager meeting and are supposed to call me back in the next 20 minutes to give me full details on how this was done. I'll update in a bit.

                  • Yikes dude! Lucky it was just a couple small charges and not hundreds or even thousands. Hopefully they find and fix the issue quickly.

                    • Unbelievable cluster fuck bouncing between 400 divisions of Google from play to wallet to Google for work none of them seemingly have a clue.

Basically they are gonna issue the refund BUT they recommend I get a new card issued from Bank.

Just so happens the same month i get FI is the same month I get these mysterious other charges from Google that I've never seen before.

This is what happens when you have 5 billion divisions that are connected but at the same time don't communicate... Fuck sake

                            • DNA that's what they've always done. Charged you exactly what you use.

I have no problem with that. I thought they were going to automatically charge another $10 for 1GB, and then refund you the amount not used.
