Hard to get, pixel xl....it's been even posted on news and other media outlets....you find me the blue xl, that is NOT overpriced by someone....not gonna find it.

The blue was a limited edition. I doubt you will ever find a new one on the secondary market that isn't marked up. You didn't tell me you were looking for a limited edition color that was released months ago.

Got my girl the 5x. Total was $250 for the 32gig version. They didn't have white like she wanted but she already ordered a pink case so don't matter. Best part is, because I referred her Google Fi takes $20 off my bill this month and $20 off her bill next month. So really I paid $210 when you factor in the discounts.

She's coming from a 5 year old iPhone so the 5x will be like the future to her even though it's last year's phone. Lol. Will take her some time to adjust to Google phones but she's been playing with mine, she's got the basics.

She's been paying sprint about $80 a month when you factor in all the fees and taxes. With Fi her bill will be $45 for the same amount of data used. So a $35 per month savings. In 6 months that savings will have paid for the phone itself. Good deal if you ask me.

warning scrum. my nexus 5x suddenly just stopped working and wont reboot. looked it up and apparently its a major issue with the phone after about a year. thousands of people on reddit reporting the same thing. ill let you know how google handles it.

Can you get root access and flash a new rom?

It isn't that difficult to do. Spend a few hours reading tutorials.

power button and volume down button brings you into recovery mode. once it goes into recovery it freezes and turns off again.

well props to google. they are sending me a brand new device over night for free. all i have to do is send the damaged device back within 3 weeks of receiving my new device and i will not be charged. they even pay for the return shipping of the old device. keep in mind my device was past its year warranty so they didn't have to do this. major props for how they handled it.

scrum there is a very good chance this will happen to your phone at some point. the failure rate on this phone is up to 70% within a year and a half of buying it. all the people on the nexus 5x reddit section think it needs a recall. they have since fixed the issue with the newer builds but be ready. the older phones had a mother board issue. it was definitely hardware not software. if it does, contact google don't contact LG.

for me it was very easy because all I had to do was contact google fi and they took care of everything on my behalf. i'm not sure if it will be as easy for you with ATT but definitely contact the google play store where you purchased the phone. let them know you have the notorious 5x bootloop issue. they will know exactly what you're talking about because they probably replace 50 a day. lol

and they actually gave me the bigger hard drive version of the phone. not sure if it was a mistake or they were just being cool but yea i'm getting more storage then my original phone had.
