    Yea bro, but I know what it's like. I've been there before. It's like the more you feel and look like shit, the more motivation you lose. I'm weird were I'll let myself go and then just train my mind to go cold turkey. It's almost like in over the top when Sly turns his hat backwards. I'll turn my hat backwards or forwards, never to the side. I'll just let myself go for months and feel so disgusted with myself and from one day to the next just change up everything. Stop eating like shit, hit cardio hard, hit weights hard and achieve my goal in under 3 months.

    Don't give up on yourself yotagrl.

      Yes, I was doing that much cardio at the time because I was in Fat Loss mode and my goal was to burn 500-700 cals per workout which was a bit overkill but that's how I dropped the weight. My goal was to be thin and fit, not look like Mr Universe. I still do a 15 minute warm up now before I hit the weights. I don't Chit Chat at the gym bro, I work out by myself but I do take 2-3 minute breaks in between sets which I thought was normal. I love me some cardio and could sometimes over do it. This was me at about 180 and I felt great but I prefer to have more muscle mass on my body. Sorry for the shit picture but I don't take pictures of myself and this is all I could find that was recent. I packed on about 20 pounds since then.

          I hear ya. I just have a tough love sort of approach. It's how I am with myself and everyone else. I mean it not as an insult but as inspiration.

              Im not crying myself to sleep nor eating cookie dough or cheesecake. If you must know, oh harsh one, ive been running my own auto shop for the past six months with the hubs. Turning wrenches and running around the shop has been my gym time. No, its not the same but I have to create a new schedule. Starting monday, i will be doing yoga only due to not being at the gym for about a year.

              Soooooo yeah, im still around and still stalking the page. Im learning new shit and hopefully soon will introduce myself to some anavar.

                At least someone understands. Ill be getting back to it. I was training for other reasons. Tried to get on the border patrol. Apparently failed the polygraph... newly learned, it was all fucking rigged. Needless to say, i got depressed. Stopped working out. Didnt give two shits about it anymore. But ive realized how good it made me feel to eat right and look good. But then i used the hubs as an excuse...he didnt help anymore so he doesnt care so why should i!? But not anymore! Im over it! Im doing it for me and me alone. And everyone else can go suck a fat hairy toe.

                  In the meantime how's the diet? That's far more important than the gym or anavar in terms of keeping you looking good. You won't have the muscle but you can still be lean and mean.

                      Was not on point for awhile. Now im back to fruits, veggies, proteins and water. I do have tea and coffee too because if i dont, then im a cranky bitch. I have cheat days, but im more self controlled. Its been tough because of the shop schedule, not 100% but im doing better.
