Yea bro, but I know what it's like. I've been there before. It's like the more you feel and look like shit, the more motivation you lose. I'm weird were I'll let myself go and then just train my mind to go cold turkey. It's almost like in over the top when Sly turns his hat backwards. I'll turn my hat backwards or forwards, never to the side. I'll just let myself go for months and feel so disgusted with myself and from one day to the next just change up everything. Stop eating like shit, hit cardio hard, hit weights hard and achieve my goal in under 3 months.
