Lmao, yeah you'll fit in just fine here.

As for the motivation thing like I said above and others have stated as well, you need to cut the time between sets and reduce sets or excercize and put more effort into the ones you do. Get that workout done in an hour give or take 15 min and you'll do much better.

I try to keep my workouts to about ah hour or so. Normally 30 mins cardio 30 mins of weights. Some days I go 45 mins of cardio 30 mins of weights. I always thought that anything over an hour causes your body to produce cortisol from the stress of working it that long.

Taking a hot shower is the same as a hot or dry sauna? I'm like :retard:

How the hell do you compare sitting in a room that's 180 degrees or a wet sauna with similar temps, relaxing, etc...to a hot shower? Ok brother lol

But to answer your question, for me? I do this after I've trained, ran and lifted...i go in there for 2 sessions of 10mns, i love it. I stretch for the most part.

Because a long hot shower is also relaxing. For me sitting there just sweating without the benefit of getting clean while also having to sit there with a bunch of other dudes is something that sounds like hell to me. Maybe it's your age. Seems like something older fellas enjoy. ;)

Your gym must be overcrowded. The west......

I'm the only one in the sauna at 6:45am.

I have had the most trouble with just STICKING with it! Once i get rolling, im good, but then something happens and i end up "taking a break" and well, we all know how that ends up! For example, last year i hit it hard for 6 months, looking good feeling good. Then something happened, i got depressed and quit everything i worked so hard for. I gave up. And now i am kicking myself in the ass trying to figure out how NOT to do that again!

How does everyone just keep going even if life gets in the way? Im not making excuses but dude, im at an awe with people who work out 3 hours a day every single day for YEARS!

Seems like you get bored like a lot of women do. guys can do the same lame ass routine every Monday for 10years. I would try to find someone to go with to keep you motivated. Someone who really commited to fitness. I would mix it up often. Have fun, take classes if they offer it. Find a better gym. Watch videos or come up with new routines every week. High intensity with little rest. even when you don't feel like going just do cardio and arms. Just get there! believe it or not spend money on yourself...get some workout clothes and gear. Be the bad ass you are! goodling looking women Nice family cute kids I looked at your Instagram.
