Youre right, I do tend to get bored easily and quickly. Ive done the P90 series, the 21day fit crap, pretty much every damn exercise routine with tony horton and beachbody you can think of. Why? Need variety! Ive done the basic gym routines with backs/bis, chest/tris. I have been thinking about doing some spin classes with a friend as well as pound, but it seems my work schedule conflicts with the gym schedule [emoji21]I do need a friend or my hubby with me, but i tend to like to workout alone too. No talkin, just music in my ears and pump some iron. Probably why ive never gotten a personal trainer too. Lol
