    Youre right, I do tend to get bored easily and quickly. Ive done the P90 series, the 21day fit crap, pretty much every damn exercise routine with tony horton and beachbody you can think of. Why? Need variety! Ive done the basic gym routines with backs/bis, chest/tris. I have been thinking about doing some spin classes with a friend as well as pound, but it seems my work schedule conflicts with the gym schedule [emoji21]I do need a friend or my hubby with me, but i tend to like to workout alone too. No talkin, just music in my ears and pump some iron. Probably why ive never gotten a personal trainer too. Lol

      no need to make this so complicated. do exactly what you were doing in that first picture you posted and you are on target. you looked in better shape then 99.9% of other woman. thats what seems odd to me. you act like you dont know how to get in shape but the pics especially the first one show just the opposite. i assume the second pic is older then the first? your bf% looks higher in the second pic.

      use the first pic as motivation. get back into that mindset. eye of the tiger.

      What was your diet in the first pic? What was your routine? Seems obvious to me. Just do exactly what you were doing in that pic and you'll be back to your best in no time.

      If work is getting in the way you can still diet and do cardio on workdays and just train on your days off. Something like Saturday upper body, Sunday lower body.

      As you know, diet is the single most important factor in transforming a physique. Maybe you need some adjustments there? Do you prepare your meals and take them to work? Whats your current diet?

        Bump. What was your diet and training like in the first pic? How long ago was it?

        You should be inspired by that pic alone. You looked great. Follow the exact same diet and training program you were on there.

        I hope you don't feel like I'm be agressive or talking shit here. I'm legitimately trying to get you to see that you can achieve those same results without being all over the place wondering about the hows and whys. It's really simple. Just do what you did then! I mean that in a positive way. People tell me I come across wrong sometimes. I'm just trying to help.

            Well tough shit. If you can't answer simple and direct answers and be honest with yourself to take the steps nessisary to get back into shape that's not my problem.             I'm not attacking her. I'm being direct and honest. The first thing she needs to do is be honest with herself. Once she does that she can start seeing the forest for the trees and do exactly what she needs to do to get back into her best ever shape.

            She's making excuses. "Oh well they took my preworkout drink off the market", "oh well I need variety and different diets and different training styles and classes to stay motivated". Rubbish. If something works and you look amazing like she did in the first pic that's all you need. You already have the key to success in terms of your physical goals.

            It's very easy. You take a look in the mirror and if your disgusted by what you see then that is all the motivation you should ever need. She clearly knows how to get in shape judging by the first pic. The second pic she was holding more bodyfat but certainly nothing horrible at all. The question is, what shape is she in currently and is she willing to do something about it...

              Actually Mr Bouncer, that WAS me 6 months ago before i got highly depressed. Not going to go into details as of why i got that way; lets just say that life fucked me without lube more than once.

              And yea im still here, i havent responded because i work and have kids and am not on the computer 24/7 like some.

              As for my diet, 6 months ago it was chicken fish water and veggies. I would do my workout and then eat eggs and a banana. I drank so much water i could drown.

              Im not here to get diet or routine advise (like i have already mentioned a million times but men are so stubborn to understand!) I am mostly here for motivation and see what ideas i could get for supplements. I dont give 2 shits about the smiley emojis or the nicey nice bullshit. Nor do i care about people being assholes.

                It's not supplements that are going to change your body and turn you back into that first picture. It is diet, cardio, and training. In that order. You take that as being stubborn for giving you the facts well I'm sorry you feel that way.

                Sure you can take a pre workout stim like C4 or a fat burner etc but without those basics of diet, cardio, and training you'll be spinning your wheels.

                I'm sorry you went through a tough time but try not to see the situation through those eyes. See the situation for what it is. All you've got to do is repeat what you did for the first pic and use that as motivation.

                It's crystal clear for me. You know exactly what it took to get you to the level of that first pic. Now fucken do it again! I want to see you get back there! Fucken pick yourself up and do it! You know God damn well that some fart powder or some extra vitamins is not the fucken answer. You worked hard to get to the level of that first pic.                       No I just see things in black and white and I know what it takes to look physically better then 99.99% of the population. That was you in that first pic. You also know what it takes. So unless you have some physical reason why you cannot return to that shape then all I'm hearing from you are excuses.

                      The member here by the name of Beast. Used to look great. Been talking about a comeback for years now. For some reason he always has a reason why he's still sucking down doughnuts and pizza everyday. He'll tell ya, I get fucken angry with him.

                      How the fuck can people lose motivation when they have got to such a high point. Don't you remember how good you felt when you looked so good? Don't you want that feeling again? How is that not enough motivation for you!?

                          Good questions. And to be fully honest with you, i lost motivation when i failed miserably at something i worked very very hard for. The reason i looked good in that first pic is because i was training for a career that i failed at getting. Not because lack of trying or not being physically fit.

                          After that i just gave up. I didnt have another goal that NEEDED to be set. Now its all personal goals that i can easily give up on. Excuses? Yea probably so.

                          I appreciate an outsider taking his time to be honest with a stranger. Maybe thats what i needed.
