I feel really bad for people with gender disphoria. I believe it is a psychological illness that we should be helping people with; not enabling. I know I'll probably catch some flack for this but come on. Do you really think a man can become a woman or a woman can become a man? It's a biological impossibility. It's coded in our DNA in every single cell. The most you can come up with is a feminized man or a masculinized woman. I don't hate on transgender people or gay people. If you are not hurting anyone else, do what makes you happy. I'm all for it. I think you have to draw the line at fairy tales though. Get these people some therapy so they can come to grips with their actual, immutable, biologically irreversable gender. Enabling their illness is resulting in high rates of suicide when they finally conclude they CAN'T actually change the way they were born. It's not tolerant and benevolant; it's just cruel.

agree but thats not really the point here. its about trump and anyone who believed he was somehow different than any other bs politician who will say whatever they need to get the votes.Originally posted by BowHunter View PostI feel really bad for people with gender disphoria. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/08/u...e=sectionfrontPeople close to Mr. Bannon said he met recently with Henry A. Kissinger, the elder statesman who opened a diplomatic channel to China in 1972, to exchange views about the relationship with Beijing. Mr. Bannon said he admires Mr. Kissinger and has read all his books, but none of that swayed him from his preference for confrontation over diplomacy.
The meeting and speech kicks off an effort by Mr. Bannon, who served as President Trump’s chief strategist, to influence his former boss on China policy as much as he does on immigration, trade or tax policy. Given the lack of strong voices on China in the administration and the inconsistency in its approach, Mr. Bannon believes he can make a difference.
It is no accident that of all the foreign policy issues he could have chosen, Mr. Bannon gravitated to China, where he once lived and which he now views as the greatest long-term threat to the United States.
“A hundred years from now, this is what they’ll remember — what we did to confront China on its rise to world domination,” he said in an interview, previewing the themes in his speech.
“China right now is Germany in 1930,” Mr. Bannon said. “It’s on the cusp. It could go one way or the other. The younger generation is so patriotic, almost ultranationalistic.”

trumps base is pissed. haha.
President Donald Trump’s most hardcore supporters are really angry that he might have reached a deal to protect young immigrants from deportation.
The deal would come with tighter border security and protections for DACA recipients — but no funding for the wall. It is, based on the latest news reports, still in the works.
This has been perceived by some of Trump’s supporters as a betrayal — because Trump repeatedly said on the campaign trail that he’d be “tough” on immigration, build a wall, and deport, not protect, undocumented immigrants.
Ultra-conservative outlet Breitbart labeled Trump “Amnesty Don” after news of the deal. Ann Coulter, an anti-immigrant conservative who’s supported Trump, suggested impeachment.

Repub sat back and watched. Afraid they would be racist if they stood up to him.

nah, she's good at following. she does her job well only by taking orders. has never been a great leader. no original thoughts of her own. look into her past.Originally posted by Gods SonFor those wanting a female President... Youll get that in 2024... Nikki Haleys only weakness was International affairs... Shes over the UN now and a shoe in as the Next President.
plus she just got pranked into believing she was talking to some foreign President of a country that doesn't even exist. She's not brilliant.

yes, i have debated this with scrum multiple times. he simply follows what the science of today says.Originally posted by Gods SonDo you guys really buy that global warming BS???? Its Earths Rejuvenating process... Didnt these same Scientist all agree that we were moving in on an ice age in the 1970s... Yes they did... Even the scientist who push the global warming theory all agree their isnt shit we can do about it...
i follow the science of today as well with a bit of a difference from scrum.
it's an absolute fact that the earth warms and cools in cycles every 10-15k years or so naturally. this isn't disputable. BUT where me and scrum disagree is the actual impact humans have had. I do agree that humans have played a part in terms of the speed in which the earth is warming. the question is how much of a role have we played? is it .1%, 2%, 10%, 30% etc.. scrum seems to think he has an exact answer and he can back that up with some modern data just like the scientist of the 70's could have probably shown some data proving and ice age etc..
you'd have to be a moron not to understand that the earth is in fact warming. but the question is, how much have humans played a role in that. I believe we have contributed for sure but not to the extent that Al Gore for example seems to believe. the earth is perfectly capable of going to extremes on it's own without the help of humans. it was a far warmer earth when the large dinosaurs roamed the earth. i don't believe the dinosaurs were burning fossil fuels. :D

I'm not going to debate this again and again, but the data is overwhelming that the RECENT increase in warming is almost entirely man made.
And the dinosaur comparison is irrelevant. Dinosaurs didn't care if the seas rose by 20 feet and came inland by a hundred miles.
