I guess my point isn't about who's right or wrong it's about showing respect. Something that seems to be lost with the younger generation.

But with your statement above... Then your pro guns since it's part of the constitution of United States? Didn't realize that you were but good to know!

It was great. The island is very Americanized, which isn't something we care about, but we were at the beach the majority of the time. We will be back next year. Plus the Ritz treated us like royalty.

But let me guess, you'll come back with why he was justified to do this.
I wasn't aware of this. This is not OK and I did a bit of research and this guy is getting roasted in the media. Appears to be consensus that he should be kicked out of the NFL. Even Stephen A Smith went after this guy.

However this is totally different from kneeling at the beginning of a football game as a peaceful protest which white players and white owners are doing too. Two different things.

yea thats a different issues all together. if a white guy did that it would absolutely be seen as racism. definitely a double standard. fuck that guy.

and i didn't say his "hardcore base". i said his supporters in general. most of them probably agree with him.

but give some of us "white people" some credit. there is a huge number of whites in this country that absolutely do not agree with him on this issue.
Right. Agree. It's not all white people, probably not even 50%. Same as not all muslims being terrorists. However the only people who seemed to be outraged at what these black athletes are doing at the beginning of an NFL football game seem to only be white people.

I'm sure you can find an example or two of a non-white person who is outraged, but in general the only people I see that are upset about this are white people. The same people who are outraged if black people protest in the streets, the same people who are outraged over BLM (Black Lives Matter). I kinda see a pattern here.
