I have a tear in the Erector Spinae muscle.

It's a very minimal tear, swollen side and this is why it is so painful to turn right. I can walk, sit slowly, stand on and even jog....certain movements that require this SPECIFIC muscle, cripples me almost instantly

I'll post MRI images later when I get the film....this hurts and has gotten worse...my stupid fucking ass squatted the other day again...I even stayed at 315 and just did 3 sets of 10...

Just a combination of training and NOT paying attention to minor details like, being sore, tight, tender, etc...and many of us tend to keep pushing.

Well it's muscles, fibers, flesh, etc...in other words, it will break down if not rested properly.

Bro I gotta tell you, this sucks balls.

So I'm taking it lightly for a few days...just some light stuff for now...
