on the one hand you say you stand if the mood catches you. on the other hand you say if you are doing anything else like playing with your phone you can't be bothered to stand. this is not about strong convictions or a moral code. either stand or don't stand. do so because you believe strongly one way or another. but to be half assed about it, to say "i'll stand unless i'm dicking around with my phone" totally takes away all credibility. basically your reason for not standing is because your lazy and cant be bothered sometimes. i don't mean to take any shots at you but I have to tell you what this reminds of. it reminds me of the mindset of a person who justifies leaving puke on a bed all night because you can clean it up in the morning... i'm sorry bro but you deserve a kick in the ass. believe in something or don't, but this wishy washy shit pisses me off.
