Bouncer, are you seriously considering Arizona? It's fucking great there honestly. Scottsdale is good, but it's a bit overpriced. You could live in any of the surrounding areas for less like Chandler or even west valley is decent like Peoria or Surprise. I'd recommend fountain hills if you can swing it, it's just north of scottsdale and a bit more on the outskirts with lots of public land to go shooting on.
