                          I would like to quit permanently. If I can make it 21 days without smoking then I have defeated my addiction. Again, the last of what I had was enjoyed yesterday negative Nancy's.

                          Day 1--No wake/bake this am. Anxiety despite 20m of am cardio 1st thing. Usually the first few days my head races, sleeping becomes difficult, etc. I believe days 4-7 are usually the toughest.

                            growth i think its also important that you really think about your tren use once you go back on. you know damn well tren makes anxiety etc.. really bad. think about it bro. tren may be the thing that send you right back to smoking.

                              This thread did a complete nose dive.

                              It is fucking pot, stop or don't stop.

                              A montha ago you were bragging about how it helped workouts, you are a good student, making millions by 23. Now it is some evil drug that has ruined your relationships blah blah blah, conplete with a bullet list of what you will accomplish if you quit.

                              IMO, you can change everything on that list while smoking or not. Those are choices just like smoking. All of this shit is internal in your mind, you don't need a drug to mess up or mend relationship, it is YOUR choice.
