great vid/post, learned a few things
I usually do
AM cardio (fasted)
PM weights
sometimes reversed, this demands a LOT of time to do. hard to do all the time.
I like doing 10 - 15m walk incline on treadmill before weights
i always wondered about the protein shakes between cardio and weights
some good suggestions
