yeah this was long thread but I had mentioned numerous times that my chest sucked. LOL as far as abs I never really work them so I am happy where they are at in that context. Those were last january. I am taking some new pics today as this is my starting point for a very intense three month cycle/diet/training regimine. I have no problem accepting critiscm because it can only make me better. Thanks
