    You look good TP and your bodyfat is lowering a lot. You can see your abs pretty damn good now. I think your right about the 5-10 more lbs and you won't be able to keep the girls off of you.
    Your chest has nice shape to it, and the upper part is starting to fill out more.

    Who is that guy next to you? That looks like some damn good motivation!

              Good job trashman! I like the gym too. .. reminds me of the one I had back home in my parents basement until I moved on to a commercial one. . .I even welded up my own seated calf machine:)
