I get so hungry that anything tastes good. I'm lucky I don't eat the plate that the food is served on.

Hey Red - have you started seeing all foods in terms of macronutrients? When I look at a piece of chicken, I don't see chicken. I see 187 cals, 1.7 g of fat, 0 carbs, and 42.5 g of protein.

My fasting time is up to 12 hours now, and I'm hungriest while I'm doing my evening (which is after my 5th meal) and in the morning (before my 1st meal). At those times I feel like chewing my arm off.

I haven't started seeing the nutrients yet. My trainer does my diet, so I let him worry about it. My only job is to choke it all down...LOL;)

Gotta commend you for your determination though. Quads may not get striated but the detail is starting to show, so I know they're gonna look awesome none the less. Pretty sure your shoulders and chest will come out striated. Doing good.

Actually, I smoke the turkey...it's the best out of all three, trust me!! I could eat fish if I wanted. Tilapia, Cod, and Orange Roughy we be about my only choices....and I'm not that crazy about any of them. And, I may be on all fish the last couple weeks before the show. Shoulders and chest should striate. Thanks for the interest and encouragement.;)

Awesome progress Red! You're coming along nicely. As far as the sodium thing; I have read in many places that it takes about a week to rid the body of the last vestiges of sodium (added to food by the dieter) so you may want to check up on that issue. It could be really important. Can't wait to see more progress pics. Make sure you get the quad, hams and calves this time. Keep it up girl! :agree:

Thanks. I really appreciate your comments and knowledge. I will do some reading on that sodium thing...especially for the show. if memeory serves me right, I thought it only took like 3-4 days. But, instead of risking it, I'll take your word for it.

I'll be taking more pics this weekend...and will have better ones. I think I'll just email them to Shibby and he can resize. When these were taken, I had a line on the inside of my hammy, so I hope it's more defined this week. I can already tell I've lost fat fromlast week. My love handles and abdomen area are definitely less....and the scale is down 2lbs....

I told you you're on the right track. At this rate, by the time you post the pics, the change will most likely be pretty dramatic. Keep it up. :)

Today my skin is feeling tighter around the midsection, (which I think is attributed to suppressing estrogen) and I can tell I'm losing more in the lower back and sides. I hope my changes are dramatic....I can't wait to see the changes myself!!...now I just need to keep myself away from the Cheetos!!! Yesterday and today have been the toughest so far...I feel like eating everything in sight. I've gone through a whole pack of gum, drank 2 large iced teas, and I can't keep my mind off of CHEATING!! LOL!!

Can you have sugar free jello to help cut down the cravings for sweets?

Thanks everyone! I'll have 3 week pics up by tomorrow night! I'm anxious to see the changes myself!! When you look at yourself everday, it gets hard to gauge the progress...

I had to add in a bit more food...My "fat burning combo" made me lose 2 lbs already this week, so we had to put some more food in. Now is where it gets tricky...holding on to muscle while getting ride of those last few lbs of fat...I'll be needing a lot of feedback; especially now that it's crunch time!

Damn. 8 days and you dropped .6% bf and 4lbs? You sure you haven't become anorexic? That is some good progress. How many weeks left before the first show?
