Thanks Beast and FB! Yes, I was at 126lbs last year when I was running and swimming a lot more - that was about as low as I got. I did get a 245lb bench press (5 reps) at 136lbs bodyweight, so strength was still pretty decent for my size.
This year, I want to put on a bit more weight - try to get close to 155lbs or so. But I am also adding a bit of fat - definitely not as lean (6 pack has gone to 4 pack) as I was before. So, I need to maybe crank up the cardio a bit more. All in all, pretty happy with where things are.. not bad I think for a 45 year old Indian natty guy with subpar genes.. :D :thumup:

my fat ass.. 235 lbs April 2011

worked my way down to a real lean 192 now Im back up to 200 even and trying to keep building on my skinny ass now... This was about a week ago. I want to try to be up to 215 or 220 by next summer when I turn 50. work in progress boys..
