I've always thought being a barber would be a cool job! any type of bench routine i usually do with my legs raised in the air to try and isolate my chest more that along with trying to keep my back as flat to the bench as possible. I also enjoy cable work for my chest. Fly's, cable press etc. I try to incorporate all machines/free weights into my routines. Also just weighed myself and im only at 161 :panic: holy shit. Yea beast Definitely need to pack on some weight. Want lean mass though. prolly going to add some eq to my cycle at 600mgs and bump the test up to 200 for a good 12-14 weeks
