    I don't like to over complicate my weight training. If I'm trying to mix it up with weights and add some intensity. I'll reduce weights and add in trisets and supersets.

    You should definitely try the HIIT cardio. I think you would benefit greatly.

      The article says to only do the HIIT cardio 3 times a week. I have always been under the impression it was fine to do cardio every day, multiple times a day if one wanted? Do you see a reason I should not mix in some LISS cardio?

        Running on a treadmill at 3 mph for 30-45 minutes vs HIIT is apples and oranges bro. Too much high intensity and long duration cardio can be counter productive; catabolic.

          Still looks like you need to clean up the diet to me. Cardio is important but nothing is more important for body composition then diet.

          Still holding a lot of fat in the midsection.

          Man up when it comes to diet. When you get hungry at night so the fuck what? Deal with it and remain hungry until your morning meal.

            Having a clean diet is by far the hardest part of this for me but I am constantly getting better with it.

            Ive started chewing gum or eating broccoli and hummus at night and like I mentioned in my other post I have started logging my calories I consume at night for the next day so I can make sure I keep under my maintenance.

            I am going to start trying out the HIIT cardio. I did not bring my running shoes so I will have to try it out on the elliptical today.

              hummus has a ton of calories and it's very easy to over do it. you could easily add 500-800 cals very quickly with hummus.

              Sugar free gum and diet soda/diet drinks is my go to.

                I just coat the very tips of the broccoli with the hummus, I might consume one tablespoon at a time.

                Trident watermelon is what I have been chewing and it beats off my cravings.

                          You can make your own hummus its pretty simple. You might be able to control how calorie dense it is that way.
