avid are you still progressing in terms of fat loss bro? whats the scale say compared to last month?
I would make a suggestion to you aside from obvious strict diet. I would consider getting on low dose adex right now. the way your midsection holds weight looks to me like your estro levels are high.
how is your sex drive? what people dont realize is that even with high test levels, if your estro levels are too high your sex drive will be none existent.

My sex drive is down in the dumps, I can still preform but my girlfriend is the one that has been initiating it, I'd rather go to sleep.
Fat loss is going down well, clothes are baggy, people notice I've lost weight, fat calipers measure 20.35% bf down from 26% and weight down to 274 from 290.
I have always had man boobs, even when I could see my upper abs, I think the only way Ill get rid of them is either have a bf% akin to Rado or have surgery.

You've definitely made progress brother no question.
I think low dose adex even without steroids may benefit you a great deal. By lowering estrogen your test to estrogen ratio will be enhanced and I think you will see a drop in fat and an increase in sex drive.
.25mgs adex per day would be my suggestion.

I just got some adex in from the sponsor so I'll start dosing tonight.
My food intake is far from perfect but it's a lot better than it was. One of the things that surprised me the most is my strength gains while watching my macros. I'm benching 370 now, up from 335 from when I started keeping track.Last edited by AvidFisherman; 08-21-15, 01:44 PM.
