First off every single pro bodybuilder eats fast food, and quite frequently i might add...i know Dorian yates, i have all of the pro bodybuilder videos, and the company i work for here in Canada has had Ronnie Colemean, Nasser, Greg kolvacs, Dorian Yates and numerous other probodybuilders up here for seminars and im close freinds with the host of those events (email me and il gladly give you his phone number AND ever single probodybuilders number i mentioned to show you im not kidding) all of them eat fast food, most of them on a DAILY BASIS! Leepreist even says in his video that he love mcdonalds and kfc, ronnie coleman eats out at every meal and mentions going ot mcdonalds, and jay cutler as well. Now about this "low quality food"....Mcdonald beef is "A" grad...its printed on the boxes fuck face, if its not it illegal, i highly doubt mcdonalds who do something as stupad as mass public fraud. "most of the carbs are simple carb", do you know what simple carbs are dumb ass, SUGAR! the carbs in Mcdonalds come from the brad and veggies, My brother worked for the company that makes the bums for mcdonalds, every bun is made the same way that your "good bread" is made, all the fat in fast food is from the beef and the sauce...all beef is HIGH in fat. I highly doubt your a probodybulder, and if you are, you are doing poorly no doubt! Have you ever seen a TOP probodybuilder in the offseason....they look like shit all the pics in the magazines are taken around competitions, Greg Kovacs and leepreist are some of THE FATEST FUCKS i have ever laid eyes on (greg kovac andf nasser trained together in my gym for years, greg still does) they all go upto about 25% bodyfat, the one who stay lean are genetically lean no matter what, or just eat very frequently and speed up their metabolism, colman only eats 4 times a day in his video, smae with markus (i know what he says about eating 8 times) the only thing you said that was correst was about eating frequency, 3 times is not enough, 4-6 offseason, and 8-12 is what ive been told by some pros, and larger ones, like Greg, have to eat much more frequently to get in sufficient amout of calories for growth, like the guy you banned (6'6")....i could go on all day about this shit, bottom line, you dont know shit!

            Hear you dumb fuck, go here and compare bread and steak or hamburger beef to a mcdonalds burger, factor in condiments for extra fat, you'll find there almost identical...

You should see the people that come through the drive through with their stomachs rubbing against the steering wheel even while their seat is all the way back. What the fuck are you smoking? If it was grade A, then how can they afford to sell us a pound of their meat for about $4? A pound of grade A meat, for instance, a steak (without the fat deposits), would cost you probably $10-15 at least if you're not buying in bulk.

                  I bet you think hot dogs are good quality meat too right? Why don't you take a trip to the oscar meyer factories and see exactly what "grade a" material they're made with. Not much better than mcdonalds beef I assure you.

                      the time is the crucial issue; it really ain't expensive. oats and protein powder, cottage cheese and salsa etc. Most of the items can be bought at a bulk food store.
                      I couldn't afford to eat similar foods to Bouncer even with buying it at costco.

                          p.s. i only came across this message board by accident, i dont go on these stupid thing, for the reason you all shouldnt, bumb fucks like bouncer pretend to be pro bodybuilders and post shitty info.

                          AND it doesnt matter if you consum alot of carbs when trying to be lean...its all about WHEN you consum then that counts...ie..prior to 4pm, the only reason pro body builder only carb load one of two days a week and not everyday during contest pre is because when you want to be at the top there is nooooo room for error, why chance a little extra fat, they're also going to EXTREM low bodyfat percentages...3%....which is basically only fat on the organs, this is not healthy at all and shold only be done by those making money off their bodies, you can stay under 10% and eat Mcydees every morning.

                              large fries: cals: 542 cals from fat: 231 total fat: 26g
                              SATURATED FAT: 4g (althought the fat content is alot higher than a backed potoato [assuming you are nto adding butter or sour creme to it] its still not hight in saturated fat, they use good oil in the deep fryers boys) carbs: 68g protein: 8g

                              alright now lets add it up- Mcdonalds meal: total cals: 1192 total calls from fat: 581 saturated fat: 19g carbs: 104g protein: 49

                              ok, now baked potatos, bun and extra lean beef: total cals: total cals: 809 cals from fat: 372 fat: 44g carbs: 66g protein 66.5g this is with no condiments…add anything to this like mcdonalds ass to their burgers, they are almost identical (ex. Beans, sour cream, butter, bbq sauce, mayo, cheese, ect—easily add upto 500 cals with butter and sour crème….soo its still very close…. Steak and fries or potatos or even better pasta(160g dry=600cals + 8oz steak=500-700cals + 2 tbsp extra vigin olive oil= 360cals =1560-1760cal with pasta as opposed to potatos) would give you WAAAAAAY more clas for a less cost, which is why its better to eat “clean food” not cause fast food sucks.


                              ive enclosed a nutritional fact sheet for 1 pound of sirlion steak...look a t the fat content and the saturated fat, suddenly mcydees doesn't look so bad eh fuckos
