one fellow mentioned this particular issue somewhere else and sure enough, there were at least 4 threads devoted to how often you shit, what do you call it when you are in need of a shit ( i believe #2 was the most common choice ), how many toilet tissues, if any do you use when you wipe your ass, what is the biggest shit you ever had. if you wiped front to back or back to front . and so on. it was hard to believe but there it was. the people involved, needless to say, were somewhat anal...

this is a cutting diet? you have no protein for the first 2 meals of the day when your body needs protein. your post workout meal your not giving your body any carbs when it most needs it. your eating 1/2 a watermellon and a rum and coke later in the day when your body dosent need the carbs and is most likely storing them as fat. not a great diet in any sence of the word. if i were you i would definitly change that whole layout.

i have approx 30 grams protein within 1/2 hour of waking up.
i usually have 1/2 can evap milk with my coffee and another 375 ml milk with my cereal .

each slice of cheese supplies about 5 grams usabl protein; i am having 6 slices on my sandwich; there's another 30

the postworkout meal is chicken rice and salsa. It is about 150-200 grams of chicken so i am getting approx 30 grams protein for that particular meal.

the evening meal- watermelon yogurt and cottage cheese supplies at least 40 grams of protein as it's 1/3 - 1/2 of the 375 gram container of cottage cheese

as always, i appreciate everyone's input.

30g is ok, but up it like 20g. Hell on my bulking diet i have over 100g of protein before 10am. You gotta understand though with those 6 slices of cheese, you're getting like 30g of fat too. You don't want that while cutting.

i weigh 148 pounds. not on drugs at the moment. so 50 g protein per meal is out of the question. But again, in all sincerity, i appreciate the comments
