1.Cheese and milk as your main protein source for breakfast huh? In the morning your body wants protein and carbs ASAP, your current breakfast is not supplying it with that.
2. Again your not having any type of carb post workout. Do you know what muscle glycogen is? You need to replace it. It would make sence to have the watermellon post workout.
3. Your having simple sugars in the evening ie, (Watermellon, coke) when your body is most likely to store them as fat.
You can debate all you want and go on with your blithering but the bottom line here is your diet is ass backwards and I would bet any amount of money that if you changed it around you would see dramatic results. But I dont think that is going to happen. Seems to me your the kind of person that knows everything and cant take someone telling you that your wrong.

1. I am getting carbs and protein in the morning. just not from the source that you'd prefer. your diet is based around chicken. mine is based upon milk, cheese, protein powder, steak/beef. i dont' eat fish.
2. yes, i am gtting carbs post workout. again, just not from the source that you'd prefer. yes, i know what glycogen is.
3. THE COKE WAS DIET COKE. I said this in a subsequent post
