    3. Your having simple sugars in the evening ie, (Watermellon, coke) when your body is most likely to store them as fat.

You can debate all you want and go on with your blithering but the bottom line here is your diet is ass backwards and I would bet any amount of money that if you changed it around you would see dramatic results. But I dont think that is going to happen. Seems to me your the kind of person that knows everything and cant take someone telling you that your wrong.

    1. I am getting carbs and protein in the morning. just not from the source that you'd prefer. your diet is based around chicken. mine is based upon milk, cheese, protein powder, steak/beef. i dont' eat fish.

    2. yes, i am gtting carbs post workout. again, just not from the source that you'd prefer. yes, i know what glycogen is.

    3. THE COKE WAS DIET COKE. I said this in a subsequent post

    4. thanks for your input and assessment. we have a difference of opinion and you are entitled to yours. i have no trouble getting cut on this diet. and my strength lis returning to what i consider my normal level.
my diet changes as the event dates approaches. but again, i have no qualms about the disgreement.

      **i am officially lashing out**

you do have qualms about the disgreement. you got all hot and bothered when we tried to tell you that you could eat better. what you don't seem to be able to COMPREHEND is that what you are eating goes against all the tenents of a quality cutting diet.

no complex carbs, high GI foods do not help you get cut.

i was trying to help and you said i was taking it personally. well you know what? i'm going to be personal and mean and tell you that you're a moron.

what we're saying is that you'd get better results if you changed your diet. you OBVIOUSLY don't have the mental capacity to understand that.

so with that said, see ya sucker. hope you stay bloated from all your cheese.

i am not hot and bothered. i wrongly assumed that we were just calmly discussing a topic of mutual interest. We disagree on certain key issues and on other issues, there was a misunderstanding. ( coke was a diet coke not regular , i do eat meat, i dont worry about BSE, i dont like fish, i eat few high GI foods yet the time that i did eat the watermelon caused a furor )
this diet modification is a long process over many months. as the events for which i train comes closer, i drop some foods and add others. i usually get too cut so i end up eating more food as my training improves.
but as always, i appreciate your input. your comment about sucka notwithstanding.

that wasn't my meaning when I made that comment of not being on drugs. AAS improve protein efficiency so that a greater percentage of the protein ingested is assimilated. There is no great use of this extra protein if all that is to happen to it is deamination then storage as fat.

what the heck is deamination if the protein is deamineted that means it has been turn in to the amino acid and that means it is been digested and going to be used by the muscles and one more thing protein is protein it does not turn in to the fat if you take to much of it you pee it out that is why it is essential to drink lots of water when you are on a high protein diet so you can help your kidneys to flush out extra protein.now simple carbs on the other hand if you eat to much of it it WILL turn into body fat (LOTS OF IT)

Currently trying to drop a little bodyfat while improving strength:

breakfast - 2 cups fat free cottage cheese, 1tbsp flax seeds, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 3 fish oil caps.

late morning snack - 1 can trader joes low fat turkey chili with 1 cup shredded spinach mixed in, 2-3 cups broccoli with garlic and lemon juice, 1/8 cup sunflower seeds

pre workout: 24oz fat free milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 medium banana, 1tbsp natty pb, 2 scoops whey, 10g creatine blended.

post workout - 32oz fat free milk, 1 cup oatmeal

mid afternoon - 8oz top round trimmed of all fat, 2-3 cups broccoli with garlic and lemon juice, 3 fish oil caps

evening meal - 2 cups special high fiber high protein pasta, 1 cup sauce, 1 cup shredded spinach mixed in, 1/8 cup sunflower seeds

before bed meal - 2 cups non fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 3 fish oil caps.

I also sip nonfat milk throughout the day, I generally go through a little over half a gallon a day.

              So far so good.
