I dont know if this has been answered before but I am looking for something quick to slam down when I wake up in the middle of the night to piss while bulking... i have been hitting up some whey and natural pb in a blender then drinking it but it it to the point now that by the time i blend it and rinse the blender im wide awake and have trouble going back to sleep... i was considering those 11oz Muscle milk RTDs that I could grab and slam in 6 seconds then hit the sack again =) Any thoughts?

Fuck that. Every time I taste or smell cottage cheese I want to puke, but I eat a half a cup every night. Just put a decent sized bite in, and immediately chase it with a big mouthful of water. Swish it around your mouth a while to break it up, then swallow it all real fast.
