I don't like repeating this because it sounds like an excuse, but there is a lot of uncertainty about my work day. Sometimes I don't have the ability to plan. This is why I asked what you do. You seem to have the ability to do that.
so structure your diet and prepare it ahead of time and stop your bitching and get on it.
Easier said than done, but for the most part I do. I bring meals to work in Tupperware, boil eggs a week a head and nuke oatmeal in the morning. After work my Mom makes dinner so its *usually* ready, but she is crazy unorganized. Other than that I have a shake at night. However, shit happens and I don't always get to eat. Does you life revolve around training? I mean, what the hell do you do for a living?
Why? If you have had the success that you've had thus far, with that much weight loss, I would be chomping at the bit to get back into my routine. Even a 15lb loss is sustainable, and you should be excited about it.
It's just like riding a bike. And, all you really have to do is get back on. Just a little time to prepare your meals. With those types of results, all you have to lose is the weight.
I just have crazy work hours and it makes me nervous/neurotic that I won't be able to do things properly. Like today, I am 'on call' for lack of a better way of putting it. At any moment I could have to go almost anywhere in the city or I could just sit at the computer all day long at home.
However, I have done well the past two days since I arrived home.

So, I lost 20lbs so far and gained about 5 of that back in Germany. I'm mildly happy with the results. Its going to be hard getting back into my into my routine.
