Easier said than done, but for the most part I do. I bring meals to work in Tupperware, boil eggs a week a head and nuke oatmeal in the morning. After work my Mom makes dinner so its *usually* ready, but she is crazy unorganized. Other than that I have a shake at night. However, shit happens and I don't always get to eat. Does you life revolve around training? I mean, what the hell do you do for a living?Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postso structure your diet and prepare it ahead of time and stop your bitching and get on it.

I don't like repeating this because it sounds like an excuse, but there is a lot of uncertainty about my work day. Sometimes I don't have the ability to plan. This is why I asked what you do. You seem to have the ability to do that.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postfalse. just do it.

I would really like to switch places with you for a day, or have you follow me around to see what my day is like. That being said, you've still given little to no incite into your day and how you would overcome these obstacles.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postit is..

I know you don't do cardio B, but whoever does. What do you like better, running outside or the stair master? I've found that the stair master kicks my ass, but running outside seems so much more difficult for me, in terms of keeping pace.
Also introduced actual sculling into my cardio routine on weekends with my buddy last weekend. I think I'll be doing that for about 50 minutes on Saturdays. I am trying to vary my cardio exercises so that I don't get rutted. Other than that, I think I have maintained :( my weight since I got home, not lost.

doing 40 min 3 times a week on the treadmill. incline on 2.0 and a speed of 3.0 mph. keep the heart rate under 125 bpm as this will insure the body is burning fat as its fuel source. a higher heart rate and the body switches it fuel source. for maximum fat burning the rule is low intensity long duration.

Chris - I'm probably not the busiest person on this board but I find myself pretty da*n busy 8 days out of the week - most of my days are NOT able to be planned in advance either. However, my diet IS planned in advance no matter what the day may hold. If you have a cooler/refrigerator with meals already put together then you shouldn't be that bad off. Stuff does come up in life - happens when getting ready for a show too and I didn't quit school/quit working/give up my adult responsibilities - I just made sure if I got off on my diet by an hour here or there that I adjusted. Life isn't as black and white as you want to make it - if it was you wouldn't be having such a hard time with this - just deal with it and plan your DIET no matter if you work 24 hours a day or none at all...
