  • Not as of this moment. I think I might ask him what he thinks about combining the last two meals, ask him about the early morning oats, and get more information on 'why' the cytogainer. Then depending on his response and what this specific routine he makes for me is like I will take the time to think it out. I might also use him for workouts depending on this workout. I am leaning towards hiring him right now and just not questioning due to the fact that everyone says one major problem is the scatter brain. If, after a month, there are no results I will definitely drop him. If there are results and training with him has changed my complete attitude towards this, I will probably keep him on as an adviser and utilize this site more fully. The second thing is what I am hoping is going to happen.

I hope that was clear. It came out a jumbled mess.

    • Well I switched meal plans and things have been going well. I feel as though my pants are looser. Such a sad thing to have to say to describe my progress, but oh well. I missed my meal plan yesterday completely, so I am trying to get back on board today and not fall of the wagon.

Clothes are usually the best way to judge progress - they lie less than mirrors do most of the time - don't stress over one bad day - just stay on track...

not for me. i simply cant remember how things fit weeks and weeks ago etc.. the mirror always tells me the truth. it says the same thing every time, "you are fucking ugly." :D just a little humor to brighten your gay days. :)

And stay off the scale!!! Just because the scale may not move does NOT mean you aren't losing BF!

            • After all that bitching and moaning, I walked into Comcast with my gay lunch box and they sat me at a desk. Luckily, I was able to eat when I was supposed to. Altogether this week has been spot on. I am going on a trip this weekend and I have my meals made and my packed in my cooler. However, in a week I am leaving for Europe. That is another bowl game.

Why? If you have had the success that you've had thus far, with that much weight loss, I would be chomping at the bit to get back into my routine. Even a 15lb loss is sustainable, and you should be excited about it.

It's just like riding a bike. And, all you really have to do is get back on. Just a little time to prepare your meals. With those types of results, all you have to lose is the weight.

I just have crazy work hours and it makes me nervous/neurotic that I won't be able to do things properly. Like today, I am 'on call' for lack of a better way of putting it. At any moment I could have to go almost anywhere in the city or I could just sit at the computer all day long at home.

However, I have done well the past two days since I arrived home.
