You have to take on the attitude and look at food as JUST FUEL for your body. You can add seasonings to some things, but for the most part, it's not going to taste like a steak dinner. You are eating this way to fuel your body and transform it into a machine. Plain and simple.

BIG fan of the flank steak. Manypeople don't even know this is a leaner cut than filet. Newbiechris- the flank is a leaner cut than London Broil.
