    You have to take on the attitude and look at food as JUST FUEL for your body. You can add seasonings to some things, but for the most part, it's not going to taste like a steak dinner. You are eating this way to fuel your body and transform it into a machine. Plain and simple.

      i am eating flank steak twice a day now. steak dinner isn't all its cracked up to be. lol.

        I was confused by the flank steak suggestion. I bought one and it seemed to have more fat than the London Broil I am used to eat.

                      the new version was actually in the last few batches of vitargo. the consistency changed and it didnt mix as well. malto is so much cheaper i said fuck and went with that.

                        I am thinking I will use maltodextrin and protein after a workout and San V12 before. Any comments on the creatine mix?

                                BIG fan of the flank steak. Manypeople don't even know this is a leaner cut than filet. Newbiechris- the flank is a leaner cut than London Broil. You may have to trim it, but there is considerably less marble in a flank steak.
