i think that is because you have not dedicated yourself and set your mind on a plan and a goal. you are all over the place.

bottom line, if you want results, follow a bodybuilding diet. if you want to keep your current look and be "healthy" then do what the dietitian tells you.
I feel like the diet you guys have helped me create is good. This guy seems to have a similar mentality as many people here, but I say that only having spoken to him for about an hour and only knowing you all via the internet. I think right now I am just mentally frustrated.

I don't really need help with training, IMO. What I am hoping to gather from his is the ability to understand changes in my body and how my body reacts to things.

He wants me to use half a serving of that as my second meal. I like that idea because it is less time out of the day, but I would like to know what you all think. Regardless I am going to try whatever diet he gives me. Also, he wants me to take Zinc at night and drink a lot of green tea. Finally he wants me to up to 2 gallons of water!

This is what we spoke about Wednesday, I don't know what the prescribed diet looks like yet.
well that is a weight gainer powder. i think that is pretty much the opposite of what you are trying to accomplish. weight gainer powder has no place in a cutting diet. guy sounds like a fucking idiot to be honest.

Take that, reverse it and finally understand where I am coming from...minus the 'poisoning yourself' part.

I was a little put off by that as well. He said he is just a big fan of it. :dunno:

Hey bro I am glad you are sticking with your diet, and looks like you started to make some progress. Ok I am gonna be litte rough here hope you don't mind it. When I started to read this post I was getting pretty mad at you for posting all your daily problems like your car overheating or in your third day not being able to stand the smell of the eggs and stuff like that, well guess what no body gives a shit they are all small problems it happens to all of us in our daily lives and they are no excuse for missing a meal or not trainging as long as you fix your food the night before and pack it in a cooler I don't care what happens you are not going to miss a meal peroid. Hell I have a buddy of mine he is getting ready to do a show in a couple of months and he just lost his mother to liver cancer last month and now he is more determined then ever, so just suck it up do it damn it.:)

Ok, I vented and I am good now!:D

Now your diet...I don't know your stats but it ain't no rocket science bro, just keep your protein in take at least a gram of per pound of your body weight(you can do 1.5 gram per pound if you want) and manupilate your carbs during the week add some healthy fats and you are good to go.

Again sorry about being so rough.
