              i dont understand why you guys are calling that diet not clean and "death" etc..

              you guys obviously haven't seen a real off season bulker. cheesesteaks, burgers, fries etc..

              i personaly watched jay cutler carry around a plastic grocery bag full of burgers and shit at a signing.

                  For me thats way too much food. I could definitely do it, but it will take my body a while to adjust.

                  Right i am getting in 2500-3000 calories a day

                    i need those kind of cals right now on test and gh my body can handle it. everytime i eat i sweat like a pig for an hour. always starving on this hygetropin. i think i might give that diet a try, its healthy enough with no real greasy foods etc.. where you get that diet rado, i like it.
