Thanks, that what I've been hearing a lot for about the last 6 months. It all just kind of started coming together, especially the shoulders and back. It touches on the whole training to enjoy it again thing and not making it so stressful and complicated.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postyou look a lot thicker then i remember you... good job.

yup, definitely something to that. kind of an ignorance is bliss type thing. the less you count every single calorie here or rep there, the better the results seem to be.Originally posted by Pastafarian View PostIt touches on the whole training to enjoy it again thing and not making it so stressful and complicated.

It's ironic, as you know I stopped training for size and then the size kind of happened. I started the push/pull routine a little over a year ago and just hitting 2 sets 10 reps of things and moving up weight only when I'm totally ready too. With the diet, I try to eat pretty clean as a base to make sure I get "good" fuel and I don't worry so much about sprinkling a little cheese on my eggs or eating a doughnut when someone brings them to work.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postyup, definitely something to that. kind of an ignorance is bliss type thing. the less you count every single calorie here or rep there, the better the results seem to be.

Ok, I am still tweaking my diet because of this new internship position. Working 8 hours a day testing drinking water, waste water, and sewage water in the organic lab.
Meal 1 6:30am: half multi vit, 2 fish oil capsules, 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 table spoon EVOO, 1 slice of multi-grain bread. (Sometimes i add shredded jack cheese)
Meal 2 10:05am: Handful of almond and peanut mix, I will add a 25g whey protein shake soon once i get my protein in
Meal 3 12:45pm: 4oz basmati rice, 4 oz mixed vege's, 5 oz chicken (sometimes i will substitute 3oz sweet potato in for rice)
Meal 5 4:30pm: 5oz basmati rice, 4 oz chicken
Meal 6 7:15pm: 50g whey protein, 50g Malto dextrin
Meal 7 8:00pm: half multi vit, 2 fish oil capsules, 2oz sweet potato, 7oz chicken, 4oz broccoli or mixed vege's (whatever we have)
I don't squeeze in a meal 8 because i am usually going to be at 11.
Yes I know bouncer, it isn't the greatest diet, but its working. Feel free to criticize. Weight is about 235, and i am dropping again.
Close to a gallon a day
This is my usual diet, but today, i ate all this except i skipped a few meals after meal 5, and just ate when i got home.

only thing i see is not enough protein bro. meal 1 is only like 18 grams of real protein. then meal 2 is only 25 grams when you get your protein in. then the 4 oz of chicken, kick that up to 6-7oz.Originally posted by dna9488 View PostOk, I am still tweaking my diet because of this new internship position. yea, i dont mean to go crazy and eat everything. i just say go for 40-50 grams of protein per meal instead of 18-25.Originally posted by dna9488 View Postya thats true. I need to kick that up, makes sense. I can't eat too much. i get bloated like a mofo and i feel mega fat.
