So I did this again, using Franks RedHot Wings Sweet Heat BBQ. Its very mild and mostly sweet BBQ. I cooked about 9lbs of chicken, and used 12 fl oz of sauce. Not enough honestly, taste isn't there. I have about 4lbs uncooked and I am going to add another 12 fl oz sauce :D

But honestly its not that bad. I just marinated in that and it turned out pretty good. Just regular Franks Sauce killed me. Mouth was on fire and sweating my ass off.

i added chopped onions and garlic, sometimes handful of peanuts like in asain cooking. put in deep baking tray at 400 degrees till its reduced to thick sause.
