I am a self employed american dream. But I live upstairs - not in the basement. Still have a lot of video games though.

OK, i finally did it and took pictures. Holy fuck my ass burns while i shit, and i sweat like a motherfucker eating it. I cooked a few pounds and dumped a 12oz bottle of Franks Hot Wing Sauce. Let it marinate overnight. I didn't add anything else. Took about 3lbs of chicken and put it into a container and just poured the whole bottle of Hot Wing Sauce.
I purposely cut the chicken into strips so it would cook faster and thoroughly.
Good stuff, I'll do again soon.

                          Here are pics: :D

yea, I am cutting bro. My post workout shake has 25g of maltodextrin and 60g of protein. Strength is there, no worries. In fact getting stronger.

I am down to 231lbs in the morning.

About 3 weeks ago i was sitting at 248. So I must be doing something right. The waist is the first thing that goes down.

Lack of energy is there, especially in the morning. Some days its bad man, have to pop in Redline pills to get me going. Metabolism is there too.

So I did this again, using Franks RedHot Wings Sweet Heat BBQ. Its very mild and mostly sweet BBQ. I cooked about 9lbs of chicken, and used 12 fl oz of sauce. Not enough honestly, taste isn't there. I have about 4lbs uncooked and I am going to add another 12 fl oz sauce :D
