meal 1: 25g of whey protien
Meal 3: 50g of whey PWO (any carb source with that?)
Meal 7: 50g of casienate
you dont need these waste of money but if you want to go ahead and take them
*AMINO post-workout (doesnt absorb)
*BCAA pre-workout (already in whey protein shake)
*Glutamine before sleeping (uh ok)

3- regular potatoes (the ones that makes french fires like mcdonalds, BUT I BOIL THEM NOT FRIE THEM) so they r pure carbs, and what do u mean with high GI???
4- i clean the tune cans from the oil and wash them with water first then i eat them
5- u maybe right in this point about the cholestrol, but about the sat fats, i have high metabolism so i burn them away for sure everyday
6- i boil them
7- i listed them but in points at the end of the nutrition shcedule up, take a clear look
