        Protein synthesis and breakdown simply does not work this way. In the same vein, you will not wither away if you don't wake up to consume protein in the middle of the night like some people believe. Muscle breakdown does not work on a 8 hour time scale.

                  *BCAA pre-workout (already in whey protein shake)
                  *Glutamine before sleeping (uh ok)

                  what do you mean by fruit. what is it exactly pinnaple, orange?

                    He's need more whole foods and needs to to limit all the supplements and processed can stuff.

                    CHICKEN, BEEF, FISH daily if he can.

                      1- i take 4g of omega-3 (fish oil) per day...which is enough
                      2- a bunch of lectuce per day is not enough veggie...!!!!!!!!!! lol
                      3- regular potatoes (the ones that makes french fires like mcdonalds, BUT I BOIL THEM NOT FRIE THEM) so they r pure carbs, and what do u mean with high GI???
                      4- i clean the tune cans from the oil and wash them with water first then i eat them
                      5- u maybe right in this point about the cholestrol, but about the sat fats, i have high metabolism so i burn them away for sure everyday
                      6- i boil them
                      7- i listed them but in points at the end of the nutrition shcedule up, take a clear look
                      8- apples

                                lol.... My training partner, very good friend of mine, and a member on this board is 195lbs with a solid 6 pack at 21 years old. All natural, and puts up good fuckin weight.

                                I am sure Maged could have achieved his goal all natural, just wouldn't be at 5% bodyfat.
