Currently 75g wpi pwo with 1/2can pineapple because I'm too lazy to consume whole foods after 2 hours of work. This will change in one week to whole foods such as steak pwo bc that is what the muscle seems to like best.

50 grams of pasteurized egg whites mixed with 1 cup of raw oats. I believe in whole foods for all of my meals it is the equivalent to eating 8 eggs. I greatly noticed an increase in size strength and muscle after I eliminated protein shakes and switched over to all whole foods for my meals.
