Lol, Did you top it with honey or no. Honey is the needed finishing touch to add back in some moisture.Originally posted by blmTried bouncers recipe. Taste like choco-cinnamon flavored particle board. I'll stick to throwing my oats in my protein powder and choking it down.

LOL @ these posts. If bb or really concerned about the physique then taste goes right out the window; there is no eating for taste during comp season.
Bouncer, have you been eating this in lue of your shake/oats in the AM? If so, how has it been working?
You're much heavier than I am and IDK how you can maintain as much size on the liquids. When I switched from liquid to whole food a few years back(got use to forcing it down, like you I had zero appetite in the am) I noticed quite a big difference in fullness/strength/weight.

There is a sugar free syrup that my wife uses on her protein pancakes every morning that is decent.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostLol, Did you top it with honey or no. Honey is the needed finishing touch to add back in some moisture.
Then again, if in the AM the honey might be a nice little insulin spike...

Really good pancakes. Much moister than regular pancakes. You don't even need butter or honey. I put the ingredients in the food processor to mix so the oats were made as fine as possible.:thumup:Originally posted by ROCKILLER View PostSouth Beach Pancakes
half a cup oats
quarter cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
vanilla
nutmeg
cinnamon
blend it up and cook like a normal pancake, tastes way better than a normal pancake.
