Na bro your lost. A cheat meal serves a purpose. Body gets use to clean clean clean lower cals and then you blast it real quick with high cals, turns on the fat burning furnace. You are a bit zyzz mindset I think bro, he wasn't a bodybuilder bro, he was a fitness model.Originally posted by henrysiekhahahahaha fuck man it tastes good ay keeps me lean too.

Nothing like rebounding...last week was between 2 & 4 meals per day. Pizza, (boneless) wings, beer, boxes of kid cereal, gallon(s) of milk, halloween candy, pies, icing on the cupcake (damn those are good but at $4 ea a dozen gets pricey), cheesy potatos, eggs, spda, not sugar free, donuts. Best part no fat gain with no drugs, the one good thing about competing...afterwards the body is a sponge. The 30lbs ive put on is all water. Vascular as fuck.
Durong dieting bouncers right on the money if I dont have at least one heavy cheat meal per week such as sushi or burgers the metabolism slows. One regret this last show was not cheating once the last 5 or 6 weeks.

Yesterday was my cheat day. I had country fried potatoes, bacon, and sausages for breakfast. Had a nanaimo bar, a brownie, and a cranberry bliss bar at Starbucks with my coffee in the afternoon. Had a clean food lunch because I didn't want to overdo it (1/2 pound of jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce and a little bit of pasta). Before dinner I had a bunch of crackers with brie and monterey jack cheeses. For dinner I had a 16oz slice of prime rib, potatoes, and cheesy bean/mushroom casserole. Had two large pieces of birthday cake for dessert (it was my dad's birthday). Nowhere near the all-out gluttony of my cheat days when I was doing a keto diet in the summer, but still a pretty solid day (I had 3 protein shakes throughout the day as well)

Agree 100%....eating low glycemic index / low cal / low fat for too long suppresses the thyroid, which is totally counterproductive to cutting. A cheat meal at the very least every week is mandatory for those eating clean foods with carbs, and a full-on cheat day loaded with carbs (not all clean carbs either!) is needed for those running very low carb diets IMO.
