Ok, so I'm trying to get my girlfriend into the whole nutrition thing. She feels she needs to have fruit or yogurt every day. Whatever... :) you can't win them all.
So, from a carb point of view, which one is better for your body? I know yogurt has more protein in it, but try to think just about the lactose vs the fructose.
